How to contact Team Button

If you need help before or during the conference, here’s the quickest way to reach us:

  • Slack (fastest)
    Go to the Button 2025 Slack workspace and post your question in #button-support, tagging @TeamButton.
  • Email (for less urgent needs)

Registration and tickets

  • One ticket per person
    Each registration includes one email/password login. Sharing logins is not allowed for conference or on-demand access.
  • Transfers & cancellations
    The deadline to cancel or transfer tickets has passed.
  • Last-minute registrations
    Anyone can register for individual or recordings-only passes through the end of the conference. Recordings-only passes remain available for a limited time afterward.

Getting ready for Button

  • Join Slack
    Visit our Slack instructions page to get access to the Button 2025 Slack workspace.
  • Watch parties
    No sign-up required — just check the daily program pages for Zoom links to join in.
  • Live broadcast & watch party recordings
    • Daily live broadcasts are posted by the following morning in the library.
    • Watch party recordings appear in the on-demand library one week after the conference ends.
  • Button Playlist
    The music you hear DJ Jason playing during the conference can be heard on Spotify Apple Music and YouTube.

Attending Button

To get the best Button experience:

  • Livestream
  • Zoom
    • Required for watch parties. Download Zoom.
    • If Zoom is blocked on your work computer, join via the Zoom website, a personal computer, or the iOS/Android app.
  • VPNs & bandwidth
    • We recommend not using a VPN to avoid connectivity issues.
    • Recommended internet: 20 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up.
  • Browser compatibility
    • Windows 7+ (IE8+ or latest Chrome)
    • macOS 10.7+ (latest Safari or Chrome)
    • Ubuntu Linux (latest Firefox)
    • iOS 5.0+ / Android 4.0.4+ (mobile)
  • Joining late / leaving early
    You can join the livestream at any time. If you leave and return, just refresh the page to catch up.

Recordings & slide decks

Here’s the full posting schedule:

  • October 16: Pre-recorded videos for watch parties
  • October 22–24: Conference
    • Keynote videos: posted right after they air live
    • Live broadcast recordings: posted within 12 hours
  • October 25: Slide decks (as one zip file)
  • Week of November 3: Broadcast + watch party recordings with audience Q&A

Important:

  • Slide deck sharing is at each speaker’s discretion, so some may not be available.
  • Each ticket includes on-demand access for one person only.

After Button

  • Access duration
    You’ll be able to log in to the attendee website to watch recordings and download slides through October 2027.
  • ‍Slack community
    The Button 2025 Slack workspace will stay open for a few months after the conference so you can stay connected.
  • ‍Swag & socks
    • If you ordered your socks before Sept 17, they should have arrived before the conference (international shipping may take longer).
    • If you ordered after Sept 17, they will ship after the conference.
    • Haven’t signed up for socks yet? Sign up by Oct 30.
    • You can always order additional merch from our online shop.
