Kelly Chambers

Kelly Chambers leads UX Writing & Content Design at Booking.com, where she built the function from a small team into a well-established department within the product organisation. As a member of the Product Experience Leadership Team, she currently guides content strategy company-wide, with a focus on craft development, organisational health, and business impact.

With a background in book history and restoration, Kelly brings a unique perspective to communication as a living, evolving practice. She’s based in Amsterdam, co-organises Future of Content meetups, and spends her downtime boxing, playing music, and exploring the city with her puppy, Clara Belle.
